And it is that the recipe does not have any complication. In fact, I think it is perfect to start in the kitchen or to cook with children because it is very simple to prepare.
The result, as you will see, is a fresh gluten-free dessert with an authentic chocolate flavor and crunchy cookies.

Ingredients
- 100 g of gluten-free fondant chocolate
- 250 g gluten-free whipping cream
- 125g gluten-free cream cheese spread
- 65 g of sugar
- 50g milk
- 1 envelope of gluten-free curd
- 30 g gluten-free chocolate syrup
- 100 g of gluten-free chocolate chip cookies
Preparation
We start the recipe preparing the chocolate. If it comes in a tablet, it will have to be grated. If it were in pearls, it is not necessary to grate it and we can skip this step.
Then in a medium saucepan we put all the ingredients Except for the chocolate syrup and cookies.
When the mixture begins to boil, remove.
While we do the previous step, we can go preparing the molds. Add the chocolate syrup and spread it well.
Next, we break the cookies into pieces and we distribute by the mold.
Finally, carefully we pour the mixture of chocolate that we have in the pot.
We leave rest until it reaches room temperature and then we put them in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours, although it is better to leave them overnight.
When serving the we unmold and decorate with balls, cocoa nibs or more crunchy cookie crumbs.
Notes
To easily unmold you just have to immerse the pudding mold in hot water for a few seconds. [br][br]It is important that water does not enter the mold so as not to ruin our recipe.
