Ingredients

  • 300 grams of flour
  • 120 grams of butter
  • 100 grams of brown sugar
  • 100 grams of white chocolate
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tablespoons of grated coconut
  • 50 grams of chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda.

Preparation

  1. Mix the brown sugar, flour, coconut, salt and baking soda.

  2. Mix all these ingredients well and add the egg and slightly melted butter.

  3. We knead everything until we get a homogeneous mass.

  4. Chop the chocolate and add it to the dough along with the nuts and knead again to distribute them evenly.

  5. We make small balls about 3 centimeters in diameter and crush them a little.

  6. We place them on the oven tray with non-stick paper and make the cookies in the oven previously preheated to 190 degrees for about 10 minutes.

  7. Once done, we let them cool on a rack.
