Let's go with a fresh fruit cocktail for the summer. In addition to being aromatic and refreshing, this cocktail has a fantastic presentation, since we are going to serve it in the coconut itself. Get with the children who surely have more imagination than we older ones to decorate the coconut.

This Coconut and Lime Cocktail is the perfect drink on hot days. Its taste is very good

Ingredients

  • Coconut water
  • 4 lemons
  • 2 limes
  • 2 water glasses
  • 250 ml. coconut milk
  • vanilla
  • 100 gr. sugar

Preparation

  1. First, reduce the coconut milk a little over low heat.

  2. we let it cool

  3. Meanwhile we squeeze the lemons and limes and strain the juice

  4. We put in the blender the coconut water extracted after having split it in half, the sugar, the juice, the water and the already cold coconut milk

  5. We beat and put a few hours in the freezer so that it hails a little.
