Preparation

We beat the butter with the rods to make it creamy and slightly assembled.
Add the condensed milk and the eggs, one by one, as we integrate them into the cream.
Once we have all the eggs mixed, we add the almonds.
Mix the corn flour with the wheat flour, the yeast and a pinch of salt.
We add this preparation to the egg cream with the help of a strainer, so that it falls little by little in the form of rain and we can better integrate it into the dough, so that it is very homogeneous.
We form small balls with the dough and crush them slightly to give them the shape of a shortbread.
Transfer the polvorones to a baking tray covered with non-stick paper.
