Very hot days come when we want to eat candy over and over again. Ice cream, chocolates and all kinds of trinkets that help us to make the day more enjoyable. So today we are going to learn how to prepare frozen chocolates for a snack.

Learn to make frozen chocolates with this perfect recipe for hot days when we fancy some chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 200 gr of crushed cookies
  • 90 gr of chocolate ice cream
  • Ice cream sticks
  • White chocolate
  • Dark chocolate
  • Colored sugar balls

Preparation

  1. Crush the cookies until they are powdery. Add the chocolate ice cream and mix everything well until we form a paste.

  2. Place the pasta in a silicone mold (like an ice chest), pressing well so that it takes the shape of the mold, and put it in the freezer for a couple of hours until the pasta is raw.

  3. We remove from the freezer and place the hemispheres on the work table.

  4. Melt the white chocolate in one container, and the dark chocolate in another. We glue two semi-spheres to get a complete sphere, and they remain like small balls. We prick them with some sticks so that it looks like lollipops.

  5. We bathe each of the balls in the chocolates and decorate with the sugar balls.
