250 gr. chicken breast
2 thick slices of bacon
1 stalk of celery
1 leek
750 ml. chicken broth
250 gr. of potatoes
250 gr. canned sweet corn
250 ml. of liquid cream for cooking (17% m.fat)
lemon juice
oil
pepper
shawl

Preparation

First, we chop the bacon and the chicken and sauté it in a pan with a little oil until golden brown, then we remove them to a plate covered with absorbent paper.
In the pan, and taking advantage of the fat from the bacon, we fry the leek and celery very well chopped and with a little salt and pepper
When the vegetables are tender, add the broth, the potatoes in thick pieces and the corn
Let boil until the potatoes are tender.
After the necessary cooking time has elapsed, remove the potatoes from the boil and mash them with a fork or potato mill, add them back to the soup
Now add the chicken, the bacon, a splash of juice, the cream and taste the pepper and salt
