We present you a new pasta recipe with a homemade and sailor flavor. Crab, an ingredient that we do not usually include in our daily recipes, is the protagonist of this dish. Let's not be lazy, and Let's buy natural crabs, even if they have to be prepared. Its flavor has nothing to do with the substitute trunks.

Ingredients

  • 500 gr. pasta
  • 200 gr. cooked natural crab meat
  • 1 cebolla
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 200 ml. crushed tomato
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • shawl
  • pepper
  • saffron
  • oil

Preparation

  1. We begin by browning the minced garlic cloves in a pan with a little oil.

  2. Then add the chopped onion and let it soften.

  3. Season with salt and pepper and add the crushed tomato.

  4. Fry the sauce until reduced.

  5. Now we add the saffron and the chopped crab meat.

  6. Once the crab is bound with the sauce, we set it aside and mix it with the pasta cooked in salted water and well drained.
