1 kg. of patatos
100 gr. leeks or onion
6 hard-boiled eggs
150 gr. cheese in string
150 gr. of ham
100 gr. bacon
300 ml. liquid whipping cream
5 tablespoons of oil

Preparation

Boil the potatoes with their skins in salted water until tender. When they cool down, peel them and cut them into thick slices. We booked.
Cut the leeks into slices and sauté the leeks until they are tender. Remove them and brown the bacon and ham in the same oil.
On a refractory oven dish greased with oil, we put layers of potato, leeks, bacon, ham, slices of hard-boiled egg and grated cheese. Season with salt and pepper from time to time and cover with the cream, sifting the pan a little so that the cream permeates all the ingredients.
We cook the cake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 35 minutes.
