6 hake fillets without skin or bones
2 onions
200 gr. peeled prawns
several tablespoons of flour
fish soup
milk
olive oil
bread crumbs
I beaten egg
pink sauce

Preparation

Boil the whiting together with the prawns in a little salted water and a drizzle of oil. Once the ingredients are cooked, we remove them from the broth, which we reserve, and let them cool.
Crumble the fish and chop the prawns.
In a casserole we put a little olive oil and brown the onion very well chopped. When it has poached, add a couple of tablespoons of flour, stir so that it takes on color and bathe with a little broth and milk to make a thick béchamel. Then, we add the shredded fish and the minced prawns. When this mass begins to detach from the saucepan, we transfer it to a plate to cool.
Once the dough is cold, we make giant croquettes and coat them with beaten egg and breadcrumbs. Fry the crispines in abundant hot oil so that they brown well and serve with pink sauce.
