This plate is a presentation for a special occasion, it can be used to show various starters and surprise all your guests. You just have to put a little imagination and make a great crocodile that will surprise everyone.

Ingredients

  • A zucchini
  • 500 gr of cherry tomatoes
  • A bunch of white grapes
  • A piece of cheese
  • Mozzarella pearls
  • A carrot
  • Some radishes

Preparation

  1. Cut the bottom part of the zucchini so that you can fix it perfectly to the table, and use the excess part to make the feet of our crocodile.

  2. Now, cut a small hole in the front part of the zucchini, which will be the mouth, and with the help of a knife, make the sharp teeth. The carrot will serve as our tongue.

  3. For the eyes we use two mozzarella balls and the skin of a radish. Put all the toothpicks in the back of the crocodile to make each of the canapés. Some will go with cherry tomatoes and morrarella, and others with grapes and cheese.

  4. We will have our crocodile ready to surprise!

    How cute! Above all I think it is a good idea for a celebration or a party, to snack, and besides things that are rich, healthy, colorful ... I really like the idea :)
