Cupcakes in Thermomix, pastries without oven

Preparation

1. We beat the eggs with the sugar in a bowl until they blanch, they increase in volume and turn whitish. Then add the sifted milk, flour and yeast and stir carefully until all the ingredients are well mixed.

2. We prepare some appropriate molds or small flaneras and cover them inside with muffin paper.

3. Pour the dough up to a third of the capacity of the containers and add a teaspoon of the filling. Again we cover with dough until we fill about three quarters of the mold.

4. We put half a liter of water in the glass, close, and program 25 minutes at varoma temperature and speed 1.

5. Place the muffins in the Varoma container and put it on the Thermomix 10 minutes after the water has started to boil, cover and cook the muffins for 10-15 minutes.

6. If you do not have a Thermomix, we will explain how to make them in the steamer or in the pot if you have an adaptable rack for steam cooking. To do this, we steam for 10 or 15 minutes taking into account that the water in the pot does not boil very hard to prevent the muffins from opening.

7. When we check that they are ready, we let them cool on a wire rack.
