Christmas is the time to spend fun times with the little ones in the house, candy time, fun recipes, original recipes and above all to have a good time in the kitchen. This simple recipe for Cookie and Glaze Houses is for us to cook with the little ones in the house and introduce them to this wonderful world of cooking.

Ingredients

  • A packet of crackers
  • Two handfuls of Golden Grahams cereals
  • Glazed
  • Treats to decorate

Preparation

  1. So that it is not excessively sweet, we have chosen some cracker-type cookies that, due to their shape and size, will be ideal for building our cookie and icing house.

  2. To prepare it we will need a pastry bag that we can perfectly make with a transparent plastic bag and a fine nozzle. In that piping bag we will put all the icing, and this icing will serve as "glue" to create the foundations of our house. We will start from the bottom creating the walls and counter walls, and we will glue everything very carefully.

  3. We let it dry and we'll get to the roof, for which we'll use two crackers and on top of it we'll stick with the icing, Golden Grahams-style cereals, those that have a touch of honey.

  4. Once we have glued each of the tiles on our roof and we see that the house is completely dry, it will be time to finish decorating it on a tray with all the sweets and Christmas elements that we want. Without forgetting to put a touch of snow on the roof with the help of the frosting.

  5. Ready!
