Ingredients

  • A packet of fresh shortcrust pastry
  • 1 cebolla
  • 3 zucchini, chopped
  • 200 gr of clean and chopped mushrooms
  • A little olive oil
  • 1 clove of minced garlic
  • 250 gr of chopped serrano ham
  • 250 ml of liquid cream
  • 200 gr of grated cheese
  • Chives for garnish
  • Sal Island

Preparation

  1. Prepare a deep frying pan and add a little olive oil. Let it heat up and add the minced garlic, the onion and the Serrano ham cubes. We let everything cook for a few minutes.

  2. Then we add the courgettes and the finely chopped mushrooms and let everything cook, about 20 minutes over medium heat in the pan.

  3. We put the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.

  4. We prepare a round container and grease it. We put the broken dough inside that container, spread it and leave it ready. With the help of a fork we prick it and add the filling that we have prepared.

  5. Once we have it, we add the liquid cream and sprinkle everything with grated cheese.

  6. We put it in the oven and let our cake cook for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
