Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Peel and cut the apples into small pieces and so that they do not oxidize, paint them with the lemon juice. Put them in a bowl with a little water and put them in the microwave at maximum power for 5 minutes to soften, while we prepare the puff pastry.
Spread the puff pastry on the table and stretch it a little with the rolling pin. She spreads a little brown sugar on it, and sees placing the apple on the puff pastry. When you have everything covered in apple, add a little brown sugar on top and cinnamon to taste. She closes the puff pastry on the sides pressing the edges so that nothing at all escapes.
