Ingredients

• 4 beautiful endives
• 8 thin slices of bacon
• 4 slices of gouda cheese
• 4 slices of Emmental cheese
• 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
• grated Parmesan cheese
• butter
• oil
• pepper
• shawl

Preparation

1. Wash the endives, dry them well and cut them in half.

2. Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté the seasoned endives on both sides so that they brown and soften a bit. Halfway through the stir-fry, when we turn them over, we add a little sugar.

3. Once sautéed, we wrap them with a slice of cheese and another of cheese.

4. We place the eight portions of endives in a baking dish and sprinkle them with a little butter and plenty of grated cheese. Gratin them until the cheese is golden.
