These Fish Nuggets are very crunchy and are perfect for any quick dinner or for our children to eat fish and love it.

Ingredients

  • 600 gr. fish without skin or bones (hake

  • the grated skin of a lemon
  • 1 cup homemade breadcrumbs
  • Half cup of flour
  • 1 beaten egg
  • White pepper
  • oil

Preparation

  1. Once we have the fish in fillets, clean of skin and bones, we cut it into small cubes, season it with salt and pepper and season it with the lemon zest

  2. Mix and reserve

  3. Now we bread the fish by passing it first in flour, then in beaten egg and finally in homemade breadcrumbs, which should not be too ground

  4. Let the nuggets rest in the fridge for 1 hour

  5. After the time has elapsed, we fry the nuggets in hot oil and let them drain on kitchen paper.
