Flavored oils: give a different touch to your dishes

To give a different touch to your dishes or salads, a simple and exquisite way is to add a little flavored olive oil.

Although we find a multitude of preparations in the market, doing it at home is easy, entertaining, cheap and rewarding. We can use different ingredients that will provide different aromas to our oil: mushrooms, mushrooms, herbs, chili peppers, spices, garlic...

The base of the same, obviously, will have to be premium quality extra virgin olive oil (the variety that we like the most).
