This recipe from fresh pasta with green asparagus and ham It is very rich and is very simple to make. I have prepared it with cooked ham because they were going to accompany some tortellini stuffed with Serrano ham, but if your pasta is without filling or is stuffed with vegetables or cheese, you can change the cooked ham for Serrano ham.
While you are making the sauce, heat the salted water and cook the pasta just a few minutes before finishing preparing the sauce so that everything is ready in time.

Ingredients
- 1 package of fresh pasta
- 1 bunch of fine green asparagus
- 80 gr. cooked ham
- 200 ml of liquid cream for cooking
- 1 teaspoon of dill
- 1 / 2 cebolla
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Chop the asparagus, removing the hardest back part. Reserve.
Cut the onion into small pieces.
In a frying pan with a drizzle of oil, poach the asparagus and onion.
Once they are poached, add the ham into strips and mix with the vegetables.
Then add the liquid cream and the dill. Stir and cook for 3-4 minutes over medium heat.
Finally add the grated cheese and stir. Cook a couple more minutes.
Pour the sauce over the cooked pasta and serve immediately.
