4 corn tortillas for tacos
4 fish fillets
2 eggs
3 teaspoons mustard
2 teaspoons diced chicken broth
2 cloves of garlic
Flour (XNUMXg)

Preparation

Cut the fillets into thin strips that can be accommodated in the tortilla and season to taste.
To make the batter, place the flour, a little water, the garlic, the eggs, the shredded broth and the mustard in a blender until a very homogeneous and thick mixture is obtained.
We dip the fish strips in the batter and fry them in hot oil little by little so that they do not stick. Once they are well browned, we take them out and place them on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
To form the taco, several strips of fish are placed on the tortilla, we add a chopped tomato, onion, cabbage and season with hot sauce, cilantro and lemon.
We also accompany with mayonnaise.
