This White Chocolate Frosting recipe is perfect for decorating cakes and other desserts. It is also very good and it is very easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 50 ml. whipping cream
  • 75 gr. white chocolate
  • 25 gr. of butter
  • 50 gr. icing sugar
  • 155 gr. creamy white cheese

Preparation

  1. Bring the cream to a boil in a saucepan.

  2. Remove from the heat and melt the chopped white chocolate in it.

  3. Let cool and store in the fridge for a couple of hours.

  4. We beat the butter with the sugar using the rods for a couple of minutes.

  5. Add the chocolate cream and beat again for another three minutes. So, we put the cream cheese, we beat another few minutes and we already have the frosting ready.
