Ingredients
- Clouds or marshmallows
- Moorish skewer sticks
- Green chocolate chips
- Chocolate chips
- Pretzel sticks
- Fondant eyes to decorate
- Colored candy
Preparation
Melt the green chocolate chips in the microwave until completely melted. Prick the Moorish skewer sticks with each of the clouds or marshmallows, and dip them into the melted green chocolate, until the green color completely covers each of the clouds.
So that they dry perfectly, prick each one of the clouds in a vertical position on a piece of cork or polystyrene and let it dry perfectly until the chocolate hardens in the fridge, about 10 minutes.
Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave and once they are melted, dip the green chocolate clouds over the normal chocolate again. In this way, we will make the hair of each of our Frankensteins. Help yourself with a toothpick to drag the chocolate and be able to make the shape of the hair. Put the lollipops back in the fridge upright for another 10 minutes.
Take the pretzel sticks, break them into small pieces because they will be the screws of our Frankensteins. Take the lollipops out of the fridge and carefully prick the little pieces of prezels on the sides of our Frankenstein's head.
Use a toothpick to paste the gummy or fondant eyes with a little leftover chocolate and with edible candy pens draw the scars and the mouth of each of our Frankensteins.
