Chickpeas exist beyond cooked and today's stew is good proof of this. We are going to cook them with cod desalted. You will see how delicious.

Ingredients
- 500 g dried chickpeas
- 2 or 3 pieces of desalted cod
- 1 large potato
- Water
- A bunch of fresh parsley
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Sal Island
Preparation
The night before we put the chickpeas to soak in plenty of water.
The next day, when we go to cook them, we put water in our pressure cooker and put it on the fire. When it is hot, we add the chickpeas and keep them on the fire.
We peel a potato and add it too.
We add the desalted cod.
We are skimming.
Once we have removed all the foam, we put the lid on the pot and cook under pressure. In my pot, 20 minutes are enough in position 1 but the time will depend on your pot - the instructions will tell you.
When the chickpeas are cooked, chop the parsley and also the garlic cloves.
We add these ingredients to the stew.
Mix and cook for a few more minutes.
We adjust the salt if we consider it necessary.
