Economical and attractive is this strawberry dessert (rather with strawberry flavor) that comes from pearls to prepare it on this increasingly close Valentine's Day. We will make it with instant gelatin, although we can prepare it ourselves with natural strawberries and fishtail (neutral gelatin sheets). The originality of the dessert lies in a creative and colorful montage and decoration.

8 clear plastic cups
a measuring pen to decorate
chocolate for desserts
strawberry flavored gelatin powder (8 servings)
the necessary water
the same amount of liquid cream to whip
Valentine decorations (noodles, hearts, pink pearls ...)
berries

Preparation

We melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a bain-marie to make it creamy and pour it into the kitchen pencil. We write on the inside of the walls of the glass some romantic motive with the help of the dispenser. Let it set in the fridge.
Dilute half of the gelatin powder in half the necessary amount of boiling water. Once dissolved, we add the rest of the water but this time very cold.
We check that the gelatin liquid is not hot and we pour it into the decorated glasses. We fill them halfway or so. Refrigerate for the gelatin to set.
Now we prepare the jelly using cream instead of milk. We proceed in the same way. Heat half the cream and dilute the gelatin. Immediately we pour the rest of the very cold cream, we wait for the cream to cool down and we pour it over the gelatin layer that we had already curdled.
We wait for this last layer of cream to set in the fridge for at least a couple of hours.
We decorate with the ornaments that we have or with pieces of red fruits.
