If you want to refresh yourself with an easy and quick dessert, try making this spice of Bavarian peach in syrup. Just take the blender and wait a few hours for the gelatin to set. We can take it accompanied by ice cream or even with fresh cheese. Another suggestion: Use fun shaped molds to solidify the gelatin.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of peach in syrup (12-16 halves)
  • 200 ml. liquid cream
  • 10 sheets of neutral gelatin
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • Liquid candy

Preparation

  1. Heat the peach syrup over medium heat.

  2. Meanwhile, soak the gelatin sheets in cold water to soften. Afterwards, we drain them and dissolve them in the hot syrup.

  3. We beat the peaches, the liquid cream and the sugar until we form a smooth cream. Mix with the syrup.

  4. Pour the mixture into a caramelized mold and refrigerate the cake for about 4 hours to set.
