16 white asparagus
16 slices of York ham

Preparation

Cook the asparagus in a little salted water for a few minutes, drain it and wrap it in a slice of York ham, and place it on a baking tray.
We will make the bechamel, mixing the flour, milk, butter, salt, pepper and grated nutmeg, stirring it until it begins to thicken.
Pour the béchamel over the asparagus and put it in the oven to gratin, until it starts to brown.
