Those who are not kitchens should not be scared. To prepare this ice cream we do not have to previously make a apple cake. We will achieve the flavor of the typical cake with cookies and sautéing the apples a little, and of course with a creamy base of cream, egg and cinnamon.

2 Golden apples

Preparation

We crush the cookies roughly and mix them with a tablespoon of melted butter. We distribute this mixture on a baking sheet and put them in the preheated oven at 190 degrees for 5 minutes. Then, we remove and let cool.
We melt the rest of the butter in a pan over medium heat. We add the peeled and sliced apples with 3 tablespoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Cook until the apples are slightly brown and the sugar has begun to caramelize. It takes about 10 minutes. Let it cold down.
We beat the eggs with the sugar in a large bowl, using the electric rods. When we have a whitish and whipped mixture, add the two types of cream, vanilla and a little ground cinnamon. We beat lightly, this time with the blades, along with most of the apples. The rest, we chop them finely.
We pour this mixture into an ice cream maker or in a container suitable for freezing, but we will have to beat the ice cream every hour until it solidifies creamy.
When the ice cream is ready, we mix it with the crumbled cookie, the rest of the apples and we have it ready.
