Crepe dough is a must for a special snack. There is no greater pleasure than having some warm and delicious Nutella crepes. Today we are going to prepare them in a very simple and delicious way so that you can enjoy them very warm and with the little ones in the house.

There is no greater pleasure than having some warm and delicious Nutella crepes. Today we are going to teach you how to cook them

Ingredients
- 250 gr de harina
- 1 spoon of sugar
- pinch of salt
- 3 beaten eggs
- 125 ml of milk
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- Nutella
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Preparation
Mix the flour, sugar and salt in a bowl. In another bowl, beat the eggs and milk. Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until the dough is smooth. Add the melted butter and stir again.
Let the dough rest for about 2 hours in the fridge so that it takes on a bit of body. Once these two hours have passed, heat a frying pan and put a little butter on it. Let it melt and when it is melted add a tablespoon of the crepe batter and spread it all over the pan.
When you notice that it is golden on one side, quickly turn the crepe to brown it on the other.
Once you notice that both sides are well browned, remove them from the heat, and do so with each of the crepes.
To keep them warm, put them on an oven rack, right next to the kitchen fire. In this way they will remain in perfect condition until we have everything done.
Now we only have to prepare our crepe with Nutella. Place the crepe on a dessert plate and put a good dollop of Nutella on it. Spread the whole crepe with the cream and roll it up.
To decorate it, put a little icing sugar on top.
