Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 400 gr of brown lentils
  • 1 cebolla
  • 1 tomato, peeled
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Some ground cumin
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt

Preparation

  1. We put all the ingredients in a saucepan except the oil and salt, and let everything simmer for about 25 minutes.

  2. After that time, we pass everything through the blender until we get a fine cream and add salt and oil.

  3. We mix everything again and serve it with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar cream on top.
