8 cups of beef or chicken broth
3 chives
100 gr. chinese cabbage
150 gr. chicken breast
in thin slices
150 gr. already hydrated rice cakes
2 eggs
pepper
sesame
shawl

Preparation

Place the broth in a pot to boil and add the spring onion cut into a very fine julienne strip, the equally split cabbage and the slices of breast.
Salt and cook for a few minutes before adding the hydrated rice cakes.
When they are soft, add the beaten eggs and stir the soup so that they spread out and curdled.
Remove from heat and season with pepper and sesame. We rectify salt.
