Ingredients

  • 400 gr. macaroni
  • 150 gr. fresh chorizo
  • 1 cebolla
  • 1 small can of tomato, crushed or chopped
  • a splash of white wine
  • oil
  • pepper and salt

Preparation

  1. Remove the skin from the chorizo ​​and lightly brown it without chopping it in a pan with a little oil. We remove it to a plate.

  2. Cut the onion very small and fry it well in that oil. Season and add the tomato. Let cook over low heat until we have a concentrated sauce.

  3. Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water for the time indicated on the package.

  4. Chop the chorizo ​​and add it to the tomato sauce.

  5. Add a splash of wine and let it reduce over medium heat.

  6. Now we can mix the pasta with the sauce.
