Ingredients

500 gr. macaroni
400 gr. minced chicken meat
100 gr. ham or bacon chopped next to the meat
3 cloves of garlic
1 can of chopped tomato (390 gr.)
virgin olive oil
ground black pepper

Preparation

Chop the garlic and fry it in a wide frying pan with hot oil without letting it colour.
Immediately add the minced meat and ham and season with salt and pepper. Brown it evenly over medium heat, stirring constantly.
When the meat takes on color and has hardly any juices, add the tomato and let the sauce reduce over low heat until it acquires an intense red color and a thick texture.
Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water following the time indicated on the package. Drain the macaroni well and mix them quickly with the chicken ragout.
