If you are fans of preparing marinade at home, surely more than once you have wondered how benefit the liquid. I was wondering the same thing too and I was really sorry I didn't have a solution until I discovered that you can make pickled mayonnaise.
You already know that the pickle is basically flavored oil and vinegar. Two of the main ingredients to make mayonnaise. You just have to add an egg and we will have a delicious sauce with the characteristic pickled flavor.
So far I have only tried making mayonnaise from pickled meat, either chicken, rabbit or partridge. I haven't tried the pickled fish yet, but any day I jump in to see if the flavor is so rich.
To make this recipe you need 250 g of liquid marinade. If you do not have enough liquid, you can add sunflower or virgin olive oil to complete the indicated amount. It will have a slightly smoother flavor but just as rich.
