Ingredients
- 400g cooked ham
- 150 gr of bacon in small cubes
- 400 gr of minced pork
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- Sal Island
- Freshly ground pepper
- Ground nutmeg
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
- 1 beaten egg
- A plate of fresh puff pastry
- A tablespoon of olive oil
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Prepare an elongated mold, and grease it a little with olive oil, so that later it is easier for us to unmold it.
Put the eggs to cook and once you have them cooked, peel them and leave them reserved.
Once you have the greased mold, roll out the puff pastry and put it on the container. In a bowl, mix the diced cooked ham, the bacon and the minced meat together with the parsley, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Place a third of the meat dough that we have prepared on the puff pastry and place the eggs in a vertical position.
Next, put the rest of the meat that you had reserved until you fill the mold completely.
Close with the puff pastry and brush with a beaten egg so that it seals well all over.
Make a small hole in the center of the raisin so that the meat cooks before, and paint the whole mass again with beaten egg.
Bake for about 45 minutes at 180 degrees, until you see that the dough has turned golden. To check that the meat has been done correctly, prick the cake with the help of a needle.
Once ready, you can take it warm or cold.
