half a kilo of monkfish
two onions
three tablespoons of fried tomato
a tablespoon of seafood broth
two cloves of garlic
A spoonful of chopped parsley
a glass of white wine
oil
Pepper.

Preparation

In a saucepan with a little oil, sauté the onion and when it is golden, add the fried tomato, the tablespoon of seafood broth and sauté.
In the mortar we crush the garlic, parsley and pepper to taste, add the wine, mix and pour into the saucepan.
Let it cook for two or three minutes and add the monkfish, let it cook for another five minutes and serve.
