Yolk mousse, with a bit of tradition

The sweet yolk is the protagonist of the BONES OF SANTO. Respecting the Spanish tradition a bit, celebrate the All Saints' Day, we are going to make a dessert in which the main character is the yolk.

This mousse is delicious with a caramel or vanilla topping and whipped cream.
