1 bunch of chives
1 roasted red pepper
175 gr. chopped serrano ham
3 cups of flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup milk
2 eggs
3 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of oil
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
1/2 of salt.

Preparation

First of all, finely chop the chives and the pepper
We mix it with the ham
In a separate large bowl, mix the flour, yeast, baking soda, pepper and salt.
On the other hand we beat the liquid ingredients: eggs, melted butter, oil and milk
Add the vegetables, ham and cheese and mix
Add this dough to the flour mixture and stir to integrate.
We distribute the dough in the individual greased molds or with non-stick cupcake papers and bake them for about 25-30 minutes at about 180 degrees.
Let them cool before serving.
