Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 8 tablespoons old-fashioned mustard (the one with grains)
  • 1 brick of cream for cooking or evaporated milk of about 125 ml
  • Olive oil
  • Sal Island
  • Black pepper

Preparation

  1. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and cook them in a pan with a little olive oil.

  2. Once cooked, add the mustard and cooking cream and let everything mix until the sauce is reduced, about 5 minutes.

  3. Season with salt and pepper and remove from heat.

  4. We can accompany these mustard chicken breasts with a mashed potato or a good salad.
