50 ml of cream
100 ml of milk
3 eggs
300 gr de harina
10-12 large tablespoons of Nocilla or cocoa cream
Half yeast envelope

Liquid candy
Hazelnuts
Dark chocolate

Preparation

Put the cream, the milk and the Nocilla in a pot on the fire and let everything heat up and mix. Once everything is mixed, put the mixture in a bowl with the flour, the three eggs and the half envelope of yeast.
Mix everything with the help of the mixer until a compact mass is left.
As the Nocilla is very sweet, it is not necessary to add any sugar.
Put the oven to heat to 180 degrees and put your Nocilla cake to bake for about 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
Once you have it ready, let it cool while you decorate it. Melt the chocolate and put it on top of the cake.
Let it cool down and finish decorating with liquid caramel that you can either buy ready-made or do it yourself with 4 tablespoons of sugar in a hot pan until caramelized. Finally decorate with a few hazelnuts.
