Preparation

Melt the butter with the chocolate in the microwave and set aside. Beat the eggs, yolks and vanilla until they double their volume and look dense.
Meanwhile, we prepare the oven and put it to preheat to 180 degrees.
Add the sugar to the container and add the melted chocolate little by little, and stir with enveloping movements so that it does not fall.
Add the quartered cookies and save some to decorate.
We prepare a mold and paint it with a little butter. We put the dough that we have prepared and decorate with the cookies that we have reserved.
We bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees, and finally decorate with a little Oreo cream.
