Ingredients
- 10-12 cooked potatoes
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- Olive oil
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, and prepare a tray with aluminum foil.
In a saucepan, bring water to boil with salt and the peeled potatoes, for about 15-20 minutes, until they are cooked. Once you have them cooked, drain them and let them cool.
With the help of a grater, go grating each of the potatoes and once you have them all, add a little salt and pepper to the mixture.
Make some balls with the help of your hands and place one by one on the baking tray. Drizzle some olive oil on top of each ball and bake until golden brown and crisp on the outside.
Accompany them with your favorite sauce.
