With very few ingredients we are going to prepare a delicious bread. And no oven.

Ingredients
- 40 g of water
- 140 g of unsweetened plain yogurt
- 5 g fresh baker's yeast
- 300 g flour
- 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Put the water, yogurt and yeast in a bowl.
We mix.
We add the flour.
We mix everything, first with a wooden spoon. Add the salt and continue mixing with your hands.
We took our dough out to the counter and kneaded it for a few minutes.
We put our ball of dough in the bowl and let it rise. I have left it for a couple of hours but it will depend on the temperature at home.
We divide the dough into 5 portions.
Roll out each portion with a rolling pin, forming a thin disk.
When we have the 5 portions extended, we let them rest for about an hour.
We put a little oil in a non-stick pan and put one of the discs. After a few minutes, some bubbles will appear like the ones seen in the photo.
Those bubbles indicate that it is time to turn the bread. We cook it and also brown it on the other side and we already have our first bread ready.
We cook the other four loaves.
