Ingredients
- Water for cooking pasta
- 320 g pasta
- 1 chilli (or medium, depending on the size)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

When there are 5 minutes left for the pasta to be cooked, put the oil, garlic and chilli in a pan.
Sauté those 5 minutes and, when the pasta is ready, drain it slightly and put it in the pan. Mix well and add a little cooking water for the pasta if we consider it convenient.
