Ingredients

  • 500 gr. pasta
  • shawl
  • 75 gr. of butter
  • fresh herbs (sage, rosemary, basil, oregano…)
  • Grated parmesan

Preparation

  1. Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water

  2. When it is in the last minutes of cooking, we begin to lightly melt the butter in a deep frying pan.

  3. Strain the pasta and quickly pour it into the pan with the butter

  4. Add the fresh, leafless herbs and stir well over low heat for one minute

  5. Sprinkle with grated cheese on each plate and serve.
