400 gr. chicken breast
400 gr. pasta
1 tray of sliced mushrooms
2-3 tablespoons of cream of mushroom cream
100 ml. chicken soup
50 ml. White wine
50 ml. cream for cooking
4 cloves of garlic
oil
pepper

Preparation

Cut the chicken breast into cubes, season it with salt and pepper and brown it in a pan with oil. When it takes color, add the minced garlic and mushrooms. We redo a few more minutes.
Add the wine and broth and let the mushrooms and chicken get tender.
We dissolve the mushroom powder in the cream and add it to the chicken stew. Let the sauce reduce.
Boil the pasta in water with a little salt for as long as indicated on the package. Drain well and combine with the chicken with mushrooms.

Another option: Other soup powders or creams such as onion creams also enhance the flavor of your stews, replacing bouillon cubes.
