1 brisa or broken dough base
1 cauliflower
1 cebolla
250 gr. mascarpone cheese
3 eggs
30 gr. grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Wash the cauliflower and cut it into florets. So, we steam it or boil it in salted water. It shouldn't be too soft.
Chop the onion and fry it well in a pan with oil. When it is ready, we add salt and pepper to it and add the cauliflower. Sauté the whole to mix the ingredients and leave the cauliflower a little compact. We booked.
