4 large potatoes
5 chives
200 gr. liquid cream
100 gr. from Mantequill,
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
nutmeg

Preparation

Cut the potatoes into very thin slices and do the same with the chives.
We beat apart, the melted butter, mustard and cream until we form a homogeneous sauce.
In a refractory dish, make a layer of potatoes and chives, salt them slightly and add a little sauce. We proceed in the same way until we place 3 layers. We will try to make the last layer of sauce thicker than the rest. Lightly sprinkle with nutmeg.
We cook the potatoes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45-60 minutes until they are tender and golden.
