400 gr of very ripe peach
250 ml cream to assemble
A few drops of lemon juice
125 g sugar
1/2 tablespoon of honey
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Preparation

Wash and dry the peaches, chop them without peeling them, and add a few drops of lemon, sugar and honey. Let everything macerate for approximately 15 minutes.
In a container, pour the liquid cream and with the help of the mixer rods, assemble it. Once you have it assembled, add it to the peach bowl along with a few drops of vanilla essence.
Blend everything with the help of the mixer until no lumps appear, and once you have it, put the cream in the refrigerator for a couple of hours until it is cold.
Take out the cream again, and beat it again to make it juicier, and once you have it, put it in the freezer, and take it out every hour to beat it again, until it freezes.
Once you have made the ice cream, cover it with a little parchment paper and you can keep it for a longer time. (A maximum of 4 days).
