Ingredients

1 kilo of chopped chicken breast
Marinade: 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
4 tablespoons lime or lemon juice
2 tablespoons of oil
2 teaspoons cumin
4 teaspoons ground coriander seeds
2 teaspoons of turmeric or curry
Peanut sauce: 2 tablespoons of oil
1 chive
5 tablespoons of marinade
50 gr. brown sugar
100 ml of water
1 glass of peanut butter

Preparation

Once we have the clean and chopped chicken, we mix all the ingredients for the marinade, setting aside about 5 tablespoons to add them later to the peanut sauce.
We put the chicken in the marinade and let marinate for an hour in the fridge.
To prepare the peanut sauce, sauté the onion in oil until tender. Next we add the tablespoons of reserved marinade, brown sugar and water.
Let reduce over medium heat for a few minutes and add the peanut butter.
Stir until well integrated into the cream and cook for a couple of minutes.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and thread it onto skewers.
Cook the skewers on the grill or in a pan until they are golden brown and serve with the hot sauce.
