After these two very special days: Halloween and All Saints' Day, this first weekend of November we want to enjoy with the little ones preparing with them a very fun recipe and special that will help us cook. Some fun pizza lollipops, which are basically rolled pizzas, which can go with the filling that you like the most. In our case, We have filled them with chorizo or pepperoni and they were delicious. Do you dare to prepare them? They are very easy to do!

Ingredients
- Fresh pizza dough or homemade pizza dough
- Homemade fried tomato or crushed tomato
- A packet of grated mozzarella cheese
- 250 grams of pepperonio or other ingredients that you like
- Moorish skewer sticks
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Stretch your fresh pizza dough or homemade pizza dough that you can prepare with our recipe, until it is well distributed throughout the work table. Put a little flour scattered underneath so it doesn't stick to the table.
Next, put a good layer of homemade fried tomato or crushed tomato, whichever you prefer, on top of the pizza dough until it covers the entire surface. Once you have it evenly distributed, add the grated cheese all over the pizza and the pepperoni slices. (If you don't like pepperoni, you can prepare them with any other filling such as cooked ham, bacon, chicken, tuna, etc.).
Roll the dough, until it is made a good curl. With the help of scissors, cut the dough into strips about the size of about two fingers. Once you have cut each of the shells, place them on a baking paper and put everything on the oven tray.
Bake for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees, until we see that the cheese has melted and the rolls are golden. Now, when hot, all you have to do is pierce each roll with the Moorish skewer stick and let them cool down a bit so you can eat them.
