Hello Trini Ortega Conde, we leave you the recipe for a pizza base without eggs and without milk :) You will need flour, yeast, oil and salt
Start by dissolving the yeast in warm water, add the oil and salt, and mix well. Add the flour, kneading well. Let it rest for 30 minutes. Grease a baking tray with oil, and spread the dough on it. Let stand 15 minutes. You will need - 1 ¾ cup of whole wheat flour
    - ½ cup of soy flour
    - 1 ½ tablespoon yeast
    - 2 tablespoons olive oil
    - ¾ cup of warm water
    - Salt

Hello, this very night I dreamed that I was making a pizza in the pan, what a strange thing! I have thought, but out of curiosity, I have started to investigate on the net and voila! I have found your recipe. It makes me laugh. A little question, isn't the dough made yeast? And if you add mozzarella, would you have to cover the pan so that it melts? Thanks

      Hello Elsa:

Well, I'm glad you found this simple and rich recipe. The recipe is as is, without yeast. This is how Raquel taught it to me and it comes out perfect, without yeast. If you realize, it is not a regular pizza, and the dough is made in a similar way to pancakes. The egg and milk make it curdle in the pan. As for the mozzarella, I'm not really sure if covering it is a good idea because it would concentrate steam and the dough would get too wet. Cut it as thinly as possible and, if it doesn't melt, have the oven grill on and grill it for a few seconds. You'll tell me how it turns out! Thanks for reading us. Greetings.
